Must Haves

Loafers are this seasons must haves. I'm not sure about you guys but I adore them ,they are so chic but casual ; and dress up and down a simple outfit. They are literally an obsession of mine for this season. Loafers are both suitable for men and women and look amazing on. So I would say girls get out and get yourselves a pair of lushest loafers 

An Introduction of sorts

Thought the quickest and simplistic way to introduce both of us is by doing a question tag, so here it goes:

 What are you studying or doing at the moment and why do you want to make a blog?

NS: I'm currently in university studying Youth & Community Work and also a member of the Labour Party,Aiming to be the first Yemeni councilor in Cardiff .I love the idea of a blog, it's a great way of finding out new things , products, fashion items and other cool things, but also a great way of  sharing my ideas and thoughts so thought why not ayyy! 

HN: I'm taking a degree in Fine Art at Liverpool John Moores University. For me blogging is another way to express myself, I  also believe that there is an importance to get out there and share what you love doing.

 Where do you look for visual inspiration?

NS: I usually look at other blogs , and just the world around me.

HN: Nature and Culture are pure forms of inspiration for me as an artist, I also love browsing through blogs and Magazines.

What is your favorite item of clothing ?

NS: During this period of cold weather i'm loving over sized jumpers/knitwear I can't leave my house without a jumper on.

HN: I'm utterly in love with my camel brown cropped jumper, it's so casual but It seem to go with everything.

How would you best describe your style?

NS: My Style is very chilled back , I love mixing and matching. Junk jewelry is my ideal fashion statement and I never leave my house without any jewelry on. 

HN:My style in general is varied, I tend to love to layer pattern and colour I currently have an obsession with camel browns and light blues but these can change to more vibrant and bold statements.  for evening looks I look to classy vintage1940s-50s Hollywood glamour, I love the idea of vintage and re-vamping old unused clothing

What are your hobbies and Interests?

NS: I love photography but I'm still learning, I'm swaying alot towards video editing too but I think I still have a long journey till I conquer these interests properly . I have so many intrests that I could literally go on for hours; tumblr , music , fashion , history , Middle Eastern culture and politics. My true love is my Job I just adore helping people and aiming for a brighter future lol so cheesy .

HN: Im quite lucky really all my hobbies and intrest are part of my day to day life. As an artist/photogrpher i'm able to explore the world and articulate my findings through my skills. I also love to play around with textiles and fabric unfortunately I don't tend to do this much anymore.

What are your aspirations for the future?

NS: I want to become a Councillor or MP or some sort of voice for the youth and maybe become a part time photographer,hmm who knows.

HN: I'd love to work within the art industry as a gallery curator and artist . I have also always wanted to open my own business where I can create an environment that is visually stimulating a place where I can sell my own work and inspire people to create there own.
  

What do you want to achieve by making this blog?

NS: Blogging is just for fun for now. I love the idea of just sharing my love for fashion and my culture with others. 

HN: As I said I think it's important to share our love for the things we do and I hope that this 
blog inspires me further and hopefully inspires other people :) .
